What’s shaking here (HRV)

Super curious as to what’s happening here. HRV has been low for 11 days. Got sick at the end of Jan, but recovered. Just have the lingering cough. But since i went back into the green my stress metric has been high and HRV unbalanced.

Not currently sick nor have i been since Jan. I do have the lingering cough but outside of that nothing notable

Any thoughts?
