What’s happening??

I was on a call about 16 mins ago, hung up but the Fenix7Pro still shows I’m on a call. In the background it looks like it is still functional in that it brightens when I rotate my wrist, if I long press a button I feel the little vibration, but nothing changes on the screen. I’d turn it off and on, but I can’t even get to that menu!

Any advice?
