Constipation - crying on the toilet

I have been constipated for nearly 2 days now. I’m almost 6 weeks post op. This is worse than the last consumption. I took 3 senna pills and took the powder version of gastra twice! I’m crying on the toilet. Please does anyone have any suggestions. I’ve walked and I just can’t eat right now bc of this.
