Gel x 3D question

Hi, I got beetles builder gel in a bottle (1st pic) and I’m wondering if I can still create the 3D looks with it like they did in the second pic with the chrome on it? I know people mostly use hard gel or rhinestone glue, but I’m just curious if this will work? :) thanks in advance!
