which standard 5 star ⭐️ should i be choosing? jean ? qiqi ? c1 mona ?

so im trying to build an ayaka freez and been wondering whether i have to get jean or qiqi the team was going to be ( ayaka , mona , diona , sucrose ) so jean would replace sucrose and qiqi would replace diona ( im also thinking of getting shenha ) or shouldi just c1 my mona ?
