Why can’t we change traveler?

This game has been out for so long, so I’m surprised they still haven’t added an option to change the main protagonist. I remember seeing posts about people regretting their sibling choice, so I thought I wasn’t the only one who wanted this feature. But honestly, it doesn’t seem like many people care. I sent a suggestion ticket to Genshin, but I wanted to hear what you guys think.
