Natlan Characters look too good!

I don't play Genshin Impact and have no idea about the lore, but wow, the devs really nailed it with these designs. I just really like the design because of how it looks. The glowing parts give the characters a cool, unique vibe that makes them stand out. I can't fully explain why, but the colors and details just come together in a way that feels right and sticks in my mind. It’s just something about it that I like but I don't understand why so many people say the designs are bad. Can someone who dislikes them explain why?
