First growth ultrasound this morning went great! 30 weeks

I have been sooo worried about macrosomia since my numbers have been so hard to control. I spike all the time despite being on insulin. We are still trying to figure out the correct amount for me. Anyway, this morning at 30 weeks on the dot I had my first growth ultrasound and baby girl was in the 42 percentile and looked perfect!! Hoping this will help others who may be nervous about frequent spikes.
