Breakpoint crashes when launching - HELP

last weekend i decided to play breakpoint again and when i tried to start it, the game didnt even lauch properly. instead it just keeps crashing whenever i try to start it. when u start the game u get this little tab where it tells you that breakpoint verifies itself with the cloud or something and then it just crashes.
i tried downloading it again, verifing the the files nothing worked
if anyone has an idea on how to fix this problem please let me know
