(8 Pro) Can you customize the look of the notification panel in any way?

I'm coming from a Galaxy S21 and liked having the smaller panel dots for each setting instead of the bulky blocks on the pixel.

Also, is there a way to show more than 4 quick settings at a time when pulling down the shade once? I'd like to be able to see more settings instead of expanding it fully and swiping left and right.

Again I'm not sure if any of this is possible on the Pixel, just curious. Thanks
