Room Codes?

HAAALLPPPP. I’m a mom, my autistic kiddo just got a Quest 3 and is super excited to try Gorilla Tag. I have no idea how to help him with this. He says he needs room codes, how does he find them? There also seems to be a bit of a learning curve, I haven’t found any useful tutorials, anyone got a good one?
