New Grim Dawn player

I'd never heard of this game until now, and it looks fantastic. I'm on the Xbox store right now, and I know there are 2 expansions but I don't see them. There's only the definitive edition or the loyalist packs. Does this mean they aren't on console yet, or are the loyalist packs the DLCs (which are included in the definitive edition).
