Does handball actually seem so easy?

Does handball seem so easy? I get told or see alot people saying that hb is easy while they never played it or played in school. They wouldnt be able to throw the ball with resin and would cry if their skin came off the fingers. So why are ppl with no experience saying hb is easy.
