S-Corp & HealthShare

Considering a healthshare (perhaps an ACA-compliant group policy, if it makes sense financially) but I'm curious to know if any small business owners have established a Healthshare group policy to pay the HealthShare fees from your S-Corp? Curious to know if tax treatments or payroll configuration for HealthShare payments are different than they would be with an ACA Insurance policy, in regards to offering the coverage to employees of an S-Corp.

For context, our S-Corp is owned by just my wife and I, no additional employees. So we would want to set up a HealthShare (perhaps a group policy) and pay the HealthShare expenses the S-Corp.
