Does Signia 7IX support "normal" Bluetooth connections?

I have the Signia C&G 7ix and love them as hearing aids and love how they interface with my iphone (MFI). I'm exploring more uses of them and was trying to connect them to my Nintendo Switch via Bluetooth. I can't seem to get it to work though and I'm wondering if this model doesn't support what I'd consider to be "normal" Bluetooth.
