Regarding "server at capacity" a quick tip

You should not wait over 10 minutes to get onto the servers. Try this: wait to join for 10 minutes then close game. Repeat until you enter the game. It only takes me 2-3 trys to get in. Once I was in queue for 30 minutes. Restarted game and was in game 5 minutes later. Had to try 3 times once, but just keep trying instead of waiting 2+ hours. I haven't waited over an hour using this method and that was over the weekend when the servers were jammed. Also the matchmaking is fixed for me!
