If you're the person who brings the mortar turret to bug missions especially the predator strain, I really despise you.

Seriously, is their any merit to bringing it over any of the other turrets apart from trying to rank upto team kills? I feel like once you kill the enemies, it takes the mortar a while to register it and still bombards the dead enemies. Idk I just came off of a level 10 mission and it was really frustrating dying and getting ragdolled by the mortar. Does anybody feel similar about it or am I just being an asshole?
