Can’t catch the cloud dragon 😭

Hello, this is my first post in the Hello Kitty community. 👋 I have been trying for like 15 min to catch the cloud dragon and can’t. I talked to all of the friends it required and have Keroppi with me. I even tried using the speedy walking potion and no matter how many times I swipe at it with a net, it goes right through him. I’ve tried sneaking and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? 🙏
