Dead Hands Dig Deep

Ive been fascinated by the topic of Edwin Bornsheim of the band Kettle Cadaver for quite a while, and I really want to watch the documentary "Dead Hands Dig Deep", but i cant find it anywhere online, and buying a physical copy of the DVD isn't really an option for me due to where I live, because the delivery fee would be too high.

Please help im desperate
