Layered skirt help

I've been playing rdr2 for years now and i absolutely love the character Mary-Beth's clothes. She is always seen wearing this pink layered skirt, and i'd love to sew one like it. Does anyone have any tips on where to find patterns/instructions for sewing one like hers? I am not a beginner so simple instructions would work, i just need to know the basics of making it.
