Wardrobe keeps coming off

Hi, the wardrobe door keeps coming off. I have had to tighten the bottom hinge maybe thrice over the past 8 years. Once tightened no issue. I just assumed it loosened over time, and the issue was always with the bottom hinge. However, in the past 3 months the entire door has come off numerous times, and I've reattached it multiple times. Today I gave it a good go and tightly attached it. I'm not too sure what I was doing wrong but I couldn't open the drawer underneath the wardrobe so rejigged it. I'm tried multiple times today attaching the door, I've tightened it as normal, extra tight and even slightly looser. No matter what the door keeps coming off the hinge. I originally thought it was an issue with the lower hinge but since the top one is coming off too I thought there might be an issue with the hinges. I've attached some pictures below. The one with my knuckle in is the top hinge and the one without is the bottom hinge. Are they out of shape? Can I replace them? Any ideas? The rest of the wardrobe is in near perfect condition so I'm not interested in replacing it unless I have to.
