Why is there absolutely no dialogue between Rhaenyra and her half siblings?

You're telling me during the dinner with Viserys when her children were attacked she couldn't even scream at Aemond or Aegon? Can't even say their names?

Idk maybe the story line would be better if there were some dialogues during which Rhaenyra realizes her siblings are nuts or something.
