Feel deeply unsettled after installment 3 of Optimal Journaling Protocol

A few weeks ago, Huberman posted a podcast episode about this 4-installment journaling protocol about the hardest thing you’ve been through. I did installment 3 today, and I feel like shit… feel tense & stressed & angry… how do I wind down after this? And have any of y’all done this protocol? And how did you feel after it?
