Losing hope

I’m miserable and there’s an IV shortage. Zofran wasn’t doing anything at all. 10w3d and I can’t eat anything at all. I feel slightly better in the morning so that’s when I get one glass of water down. Other than that nothing all day. Dry heaving and feeling absolutely terrible all day. I don’t know how I’m going to work this next week. I have to go into office everyday this next week and be on top of my game. I’ve broken down a few times this weekend. Just went to urgent care and they can’t give me fluids because of the shortage. They sent me home with promethazine and Benadryl to be taken together. Please tell me this combo works for some of you? Please I need relief
