Severe comstipatio

I’m now 15 wks. I have terrible HG, get fluids multiple times a week, 4-5 ER visits, hospitalized once. I’m on multiple medications to help with vomiting. I have good and bad days with the vomiting. But I’ve been so badly constipated almost this whole pregnancy I don’t know what to do. I haven’t had a bowel movement for 10 days now and I’m miserable. I eat fruit, take miralax daily, and I’ve tried an enema today. I wish I could take a stimulant laxative because I know that would work. I’m having some bad nausea/vomiting days lately and I am having a hard time drinking the whole glass of miralax now. I went to the ER once for constipation about a month and a half ago and they did an enema and it helped. What else can I do? Do I need to go in to the doctor again for constipation? Any advice is appreciated
