Metrocloprimade stop working for any of you?

Hello, at 21 weeks, the last week or so it seems the metrocloprimade is just not working anymore... wondering if anyone else had this experience? Still taking diclectin, it seems to still be working, but I don't like taking it during the day because it makes me drowsy.

I know alot of folks here advocate for Zofran, but unfortunately that drug basically puts me under the influence and unable to work or care for my son, so not sure / don't think its necessarily the right choice for me.
