skin issues with crohns

i’m trying to get an apt with a dermatologist but theyre all booking for a year out around me so for now i turn to reddit.

i’ve had crohns for 2/3 yrs now & just these last couple months i’ve started having a new symptom. there have been little red bumps coming up mostly on my hands & forearms but also sometimes on my legs. they didnt itch until these newest ones on my wrist popped up & these ones itch pretty bad. usually they will have a white dot in the middle. again they were always flush to my skin until these newest ones which are raised up like pimples.

i take mesalamine, sertraline & get inflectra infusions whenever i bring it up to my friends or my nurse when she comes for infusions they keep saying its probably an allergy to something but i havent been using any new products & i dont have any known allergies. any thoughts on this would be helpful :)
