English B EE help

Hi, I have selected my theme and books (ENG B EE category 3(literature)), however my teacher wants my outlines, how am I going to do that. I know I can create them through chatgpt as I also selected my books acording to it, but wouldn't it be better if I read the books first or smth. And also I don't really understand the research question and topic aren't they the same thing???
