Francophone Mobility Program

Can someone please help me with this query. So I am working for the same employer for over 5 years and 2 years on my work permit. I gave the TEF exam and received a CLB5.. so if my employer applies for a francophone mobility program for me will it give me the 50 points right away? Or do I need to work another year in order to get those 50 points. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you
