I have 4.7cr cash after ancestors land selling. How to invest?

I'm 47 yrs old, recently got 4.7cr by a land deal. I'm having 2 kids studiying 5th 4th std, wife not working. I am getting 30k from business. How to invest it so that I can reduce my physical work? What are all my options considering my age?
