Adventure points help

So, I'm in Gizeh but went back to vatican to get my last adventure book there. I have 22 of 23 and only need hardboiled from the boxing pit. My gizeh adventure points and money don't carry back to vatican so I don't have enough to get it. I've also done everything elsenso how do I get $$ and points to get it
