Anyone else not finding hourglasses?

It might be a glitch or something, but since the event started I've only found two at once, and then nothing. I've been searching Florawish, Queens palace ruins and some popular photo spots but I find nothing. It's like I'm suddenly alone in the world when previously there used to be a lot of hourglasses. Anyone else having this issue?
