[Customer] Best days/times for deliveries

I'm a customer, not a shopper, but wanted the point of view of shoppers. I posted here before about how frustrated I've been with deliveries (not from Instant Cart but moving groceries to Instant Cart) because my apartment seems to stump shoppers/delivery people (located in a house converted to apartments so it just looks like a big house with a lot of doors, plus it's in a corner with other houses that aren't easy to navigate). Obviously, I'm going to communicate with the shopper as much as possible to help him/her find the place.

But I was wondering when are the best days/times to get the delivery from the shopper's perspective? That is, times when it's not as busy and the shopper might not be as stressed for time so that he/she doesn't deliver the order as I need it (lots of orders, not just groceries, are left downstairs near the mailboxes where I have to schlep down to get them or outside a neighbor's door - and not necessarily the downstairs neighbor so I have to go scouting around for it which, in the winter, especially this winter in Ohio, is not exactly a fun thing to do).

I work from home so my schedule is somewhat flexible, but I am working via live video for 6 hours a day Mondays through Thursdays. So I was thinking Friday mornings, as early as I can reserve a spot. I had one order delivered on Monday in the early afternoon (3-5 p.m.) and it was a complete disaster so no more. And I'm guessing weekends are slammed and not a good option any time of day?
