Best country apart from USA

First let me share my details. I have applied to Data Science at USA universities, got admits and finalised a university for fall 25. USA is my only dream country for study abroad and never even had the idea and opportunities about other countries. But the problem is visa rejections are massive nowadays for USA which gives me a nightmare because I'm already in a gap year due to other plans, and it didn't go well. Now I'm re-thinking my decision and deciding to apply to another country for back-up. I was only focused on USA and not aware about the universities, procedure and timeline in other countries. What would be the best country which has opportunities for data science or tech other than USA? Your suggestions are highly appreciated and thanks in advance!
