Eu rail for Us citizen for 16 days.

Want to get a eurail pass because I will consecutively travel Switzerland, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, and Albania. I want to make sure two things, first is it worth it (the pass is around 380 euros I believe for 15 days), and two, does it work on all trains and buses in those countries? Thanks for the help. I had trouble finding this information.
