Is narayana scamming me?

So I'm in 10th rn, delhi ( Me currently ek govt school me hu jiska vmc ke sath tieup hai and per day online classes school me hoti h 💀) Recently I gave scholarship exams for all coachings(Allen ka tallentx nahi diya to asat hai 24th ko). In narayana coaching I got air 132 100 percent scholarship and they told me that I'm eligible for the test of their star batch called ''cos spark'. So i gave the test and got selected and after everything they told me that my fees for 2 yrs will be 1.8l💀( mind you I got 100 percent scholarship). And they told me right after my result that If i want to book my seat for this batch I will have to pay 15k for now( which my father did pay) and that the batch will start from April and that they have an entire building for this batch with a hostel in built( if anyone wants to stay). I'm talking about narayan madipur, punjabi bagh centre. My question is that is this just another scam by this coaching. Please answer if anyone knows anything about this. In aakash one I got 80 percent scholarship . I'm a neet aspirant.
