Elite Active 8 Gen 2 high pitch squeal then restart
I have had the Active 8 Gen 2's for about a month. Now that the pixel connectivity issues have been fixed I am mostly happy except for this random bug I keep running into.
I wear my earbuds while using Hear Through while riding my bike into work. Every ~ 5 mins or so, my music / podcast will cut out with a continuous high pitched squeal. Then the headphones will automatically reset and reconnect. Strangely enough, I haven't had this issue while using ANC but I'd prefer to use Hear Through while riding.
Is this a known issue that is going to be fixed? Anyone else know of a fix?
