Jackery USB Cable - 60W?

I just bought the Jackery 102W fast charger, and was surprised to see that it was only charging my M1 MacBook Pro at 60W.

When I switch it out for either an Apple USB cable which supports 140W, the charge speed increases to 100W.

The Jackery cable is thick - the thickness I would expect for a fast charge cable, and the manual specifically says 100W charge cable. But it definitely only does 60W.

Edit: I tried the USB cable that came with the Explorer 100 Plus, and that also charges the MacBook only at 60W. BUT... it charges the Explorer 100 at 100W. The plot thickens.

Edit: I finally made sense of this. 1) You have to plug the 100W device into the poorly top port marked (1). 2) Port 2 maxes out at 60W 3) If something is so much plugged into port 2, then port 1 is decreased to 65W. Once you know those limitations then everything works great.
