I feel uncomfortable

I’m on a trip with my family and I could only pack limited items of clothing so I couldn’t layer my clothes. My shirts are more tighter when not layered and I feel extremely uncomfortable being in public wearing it not layered.

I try my best to follow modesty but right I’m upset cause I can’t follow it for 4 days because I didn’t have enough room in my bag to fit more clothes.

What should I do?
