Why are vi players rushing sundered ?

I just checked Vi's winrate and I was shocked to see that Vi players are rushing sundered sky with 49 percent winrate. I am shocked. what am I missing? Triforce is so op in so many bruisers even Vi with Tforce rush wins at 56 percent. Can somebody tell me why majority Vi players are rushing Sundered which is absolutely garbage unless yr too fed to matter ?
