Why do KLM recruiters not hire ex Emirates cabin crew?

Hi 💙 fokes. Just saw KLM started hiring again and I'm considering to apply! KLM crew are flying with us all the time on Emirates and tell many of us it's such a great company to work for and we (Dutch speakers) should apply. Their excitement usually gets me quite excited as they seem such nice people. However, everyone that did apply last year got rejected. KLM provides their candidates with feedback on why they got rejected too. I heard the most strange feedback that usually doesn't fit that person at all. One person's VOICE wasn't loud enough, the other person didn't have enough experience, too insecure, seemed to like Emirates too much, wasn't a great fit for the company's blue culture and much more vague feedback. Success rate seemed to be sky high for crew from other airlines like EasyJet, Transavia and Tui. \ \ It's difficult for me to understand that someone who passed an interview at Emirates with 300 candidates where 2 got hired doesn't get hired at KLM where only 20 people show up and 14 get hired. Does the recruitment team (KLM crew) just hate us or is this something that comes from higher up? \ \ Anyway, would love to hear if it's worth it to apply or if I'll be wasting my time.
