Duke 390 Dealer pricing advice

Hey guys, looking for my 1st bike and settled on a Duke 390. Super stoked to grab one. The dealer near me just got in a shipment too so I went to check them out. I figured there would be some dealer costs as well as all the usual tax and tags but was floored buy the OTD price. They quoted me at $8,250 when it was all said and one. MSRP of $5799. Now there are some dealer installed upgrades like an Akrapovic slip on ($599) and the factory crash bars ($176). But looking at $535 for freight, $400 for prep, $370 Doc and administrative fee, the $130 cost for them to do the title work plus the actual taxes. Yeah they could put the factory muffler back on but still. I will say this is the only dealer in the area that is feasible to get the bike from. How much wiggle room do you think there is here? I was pretty exited but now feeling frustrated...
