What is the SOR? (Russia Rework)

After reading the Dev Report I understand that Savinkov starts out in a coalition government composed of his SZRS and the SOR. However I can’t find any information about who these people are. My first thought is that they are monarchists/Black Hundreds, but they don’t seem to be involved with any of the Tsar Restoration paths. Can anyone answer some of these questions?

1: What is the differences/similarities between them and the Savinkovists? Why are they in coalition with Savinkov instead of opposing him or just joining his party?

2: What is the differences/similarities between them and the VPP? They both are monarchists- why don’t they work together?

3: Can the SOR take power in their own right? How does their Russia differ from the rest?

4: Who is the leader of the SOR? Why are they Auth-Dem instead of NatPop like the Circle of Saint George?
