Nduthi na kelele zao

I recently moved to a new neighborhood and seeing that I work from home and mostly at night, and I am mostly on call, I settled for a quiet place. Now tell me why in the middle of the night unaanza tu kuskia makelele za hizi nduthi kubwa? These people know no shame yaani ni kama tu they are doing rounds hapa tu kwetu. I understand kila mtu na raha zake lakini kwani mnakuanga mmeamshwa saa saba za usiku muende maraundi? Did I mention how loud these things are?!!
