Dry & burning eyes when having a flare-up

Hey guys,

well I hoped I never had to come back here but I might just have treated LPR way too losely over the last few weeks (pizza, burgers, etc.) since I was free of symptoms for half a year or more. Now I got a flare up. Not a catastrophe for now.

What IS a catastrophe: I can't see shit for 4 weeks now. Can't look at screens at all. No eye problems, went to a test, but my eyes burn like hell whenever they are open and they are dry as a desert.

Has anyone ever had these symptoms with LPR and does anyone have their own way of getting rid of it? Literally any tip is helpful. Thank you and have a great day.
