Med Spa vs SEV vs LaserAway

I’m originally from the LA area but live in the Bay Area now. I’ve been going to a med spa in SoCal on and off for 8 years for LHR. I’ve been attached to the clinic I go to, but am needing more regularly scheduled treatment. Since I don’t visit LA as often anymore, I’m looking into other places in the Bay Area.

Does anyone see a difference with quality when comparing med spas vs SEV vs LaserAway?

I’ve heard LaserAway keeps their laser strength low to encourage returns. Obviously med spas are more expensive, but I’m willing to pay up if the quality is better.
