Highest Total Power score you've seen?

Our servers' highest is about 173,000,000 and we've just started a big standoff over an Outpost in S1 and the rival server has brought in this guy with 283,000,000.

It got me to think about what is the theoretical highest possible score is, and what S3 total power scores are looking like.
