Father's Name Mismatch in Documents – Need Advice

Hello everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my documents, and I need some guidance on how to address it. Here's the situation:

• In all my documents (Aadhar, PAN, school and college marksheets, and passport), my father's name is written differently than what is on his Aadhar card.
• Specifically, in my documents, my father's name includes "MO" in front of it (e.g., MO [Father’s Name]), whereas his Aadhar card has his name without "MO."

I’m not sure how serious this mismatch is or what problems it could cause, especially since I need to submit these documents soon for a background verification process.

Could this discrepancy cause issues during background checks? If yes, what steps should I take to resolve it or minimize the impact?
