Can I publish audio recordings of film screenplays to YouTube?

England - I’m a London based writer and director and I wanted to start and group amongst my friends and colleagues to do recorded table reads of famous screenplays as a regular exercise and networking session.

Would I be breaking any copyright laws if I was to upload these recordings to YouTube, monetised or not? Would this vary depending on the script’s country of origin?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I think this would be a really fun project. Thanks in advance.
