Linux on LOQ

How well does linux run on loq?(windows is not for me.)how can i install necessary driver, how is it possible and how well does it work. I have nvidia intel version. Is there any alternative for lenovo vantage? Also how well does hybrid graphics work on it on linux? Which desktop environment and display system should i use?(Intel i5 12450hx and Nvidia RTX 4060)
